Trust in the Lord with all your heart

Proverbs 3:5-6 (New King James Version)

5 Trust in the LORD with all your heart,
And lean not on your own understanding;
6 In all your ways acknowledge Him,
And He shall direct[a] your paths.

He wants us to trust Him. To love Him. To acknowledge Him. To call out to Him.

My own understanding is like pellets coming out of a shot gun. The pellets are scattered everywhere. Out thoughts can be this way as well.

"In all you ways..."- I am a lowly man. I have not accomplished much. I am lazy. I have been a failure- in most aspects in my life. I am not very quick to think. I have no career. I have no friends. I do not have much money. BUT, in all this, I acknowledge Him, looking to Him to bless me with accomplishment.

"... direct your paths"- He wants to prosper you. He wants to bless you. He wants to provide for you. He wants to help you and direct your paths.

Albeit, you may have heard the saying that "He works in mysterious ways" (not sure if there is scripture there or not).
